We are renting out a spare room in our house in the Regatta area of Linkeroever, Antwerp. This room is on the 1st floor of the house, has a high ceiling and is equipped with a single box-spring bed, a wardrobe, an HVAC system (heating and cooling) and a table. This table can also be placed outside the room in a corner that can be used as a workspace for remote working. The bathroom and kitchen are shared facilities.
We are a couple with no children or pets, and we are looking for a tidy non-smoker who will treat the house with respect.
RENT PRICE: €400.00 per month (all-inclusive).
