This is a special case. And by that, I mean you can find all sorts of things in the world of co-housing, but nothing can compare to this. We want to breathe new life into a beautiful building and have it occupied by a group of four couples and six singles, all ages. We're starting from scratch and expect input and input on all fronts. We're opening up this property and only want to partner with people who are committed to turning this gem into a beautiful, warm home. Bathrooms are available on each floor, and on the first floor, there's a lovely communal area with a fireplace and a large, adjoining kitchen equipped with every comfort. Adjacent are two terraces, and downstairs, a large patio with a garden.
