Starting January 6th, we're looking for a new roommate in our townhouse in the Harmoniewijk neighborhood, 2018 Antwerp. We're a 10-minute walk from the old city center. Public transport stops just around the corner. The first floor features a large living room (with a piano and television), a kitchen/diner with a dishwasher, a toilet, and a storage room with a washing machine and dryer. The kitchen opens onto the terrace overlooking the garden. The second floor has a bathroom with a bath/shower, two sinks, and a separate toilet. A cleaning lady comes weekly to clean the common areas.
Personal space
The bedroom is located on the first floor. It's very quiet and offers plenty of privacy. The room opens onto the terrace and overlooks the garden. It measures two by six and a half meters and is furnished with two wardrobes, a sofa, a bed, a small table with a chair, and a refrigerator. Bed linens can be provided if needed.
