Public transport is available within a 5-minute walk, and Central Station is only a 20-minute walk. There is an elevator and bicycle storage and a storage area downstairs. The spacious rooms (approximately 20 square meters) are located at each end of the hallway, with a bathroom, separate toilet, and storage room with a washing machine in between. Upstairs, there's a large terrace at the back and a smaller terrace at the front, with the kitchen and living room in between. It's partially furnished, but additional items are welcome; we can discuss this further.
