Roommate wanted! 🏡 Wanted: woman who enjoys a quiet place yet is still in the center of Sint-Niklaas. The room is 4.10m by 2.10m. There are two windows with shutters and a fly screen. What's currently in the room can, of course, be removed! 😊 Ground floor to share: storage room with washing machine and dryer, bathroom with bath and shower, separate toilet, open-plan kitchen with dining area and living room. We also share the large garden: it's 80m long and has a lovely view of the allotments. 🍃 I'm a 35-year-old woman, quiet and very much into reenactment. I enjoy board games and short outings. It would be nice to do things together sometimes, but personal time is also important. Domicile is not possible, but it might be possible in the future. No pets, two cats already live there. Please stay for a minimum of 3 months. €500/month
