The house is located at Runkstersteenweg 96, 3500 Hasselt, less than a 10-minute walk from Hasselt station and a 15-minute walk from Hasselt city center. Shops like Aldi, Colruyt, Spar, and Carrefour are all within walking distance. The Bio Planet is a 10-minute drive away. We have a large, cozy living room with a dining room, kitchen, toilet, and terrace. Upstairs, there is a bathroom and three bedrooms (one of which will be available). Behind the house is a large private garden with ponds and a fig tree. The rent and common costs, such as water, electricity/gas, and internet, are divided among the residents. Expect to pay approximately €500 per month, including all costs.
Personal space
The room can be furnished to your liking. Of the three bedrooms in the house, the smallest (10 m²) is available. If one of the larger rooms becomes available during your stay, you are welcome to take it over. The room is generally available from mid-December (earlier or later availability is negotiable).
