Coliving Cohabs: Brussels city Center

Shared home

Common parts

The first thing you see when stepping into this house are the beautiful marble steps that lead up to a main staircase made of wood and adorned with wrought iron balusters. The house was built all the way back in 1889, and the existing structure was preserved as much as possible because it is part of what gives this house its unique character. We also preserved considerable woodwork because it contributes to the unique character of the place. The upcycled, vintage, and newly-acquired pieces of furniture intermingled with splashes of color create a cozy atmosphere.

Enjoy an all-inclusive living experience — no surprises.
Laundry is free of charge, and you benefit from ongoing support and maintenance.
The house is cleaned weekly, with monthly household supplies and a delivered house breakfast to start the month right.
Regular get-togethers and spontaneous events help create meaningful connections and lasting memories with your housemates.

Everything is easily managed through our mobile app, where you can report issues, stay updated on events, and keep track of everything happening in the house.
