You'll share a spacious and bright house with four others: it features a large open-plan living room, a large fitted kitchen (including a dishwasher), three toilets, a bathroom, a separate shower room, a garage for bicycles, and a spacious roof terrace. Ideal for cozy summer evenings. Wi-Fi is available throughout, and there's also a washing machine and dryer.
Personal space
A spacious and bright room on the second floor is available. It's unfurnished and you can decorate it to your own taste. As an example, the photos show various furnishings from previous tenants. There's plenty of room for a three-quarter bed, desk, wardrobe, and sitting area. Good to know: Fixed costs are not indexed for the entire duration of your stay. The fixed price (excluding utilities) of the room therefore remains the same for as long as you use it.
