(English Below) New housemate wanted in the heart of Leuven! From September, I will be moving in with my partner, which means a spot is becoming available in our cozy cohousing! It concerns a cozy duplex apartment on Hendrik Consciencestraat, within walking distance of the center of Leuven. At the same time, the location is ideal if you are driving, with easy parking options and a quick connection to the motorway. What do you get? A private bedroom (with furniture if interested) A separate office room A shared living room, kitchen, bathroom, and other common areas A garage where you can safely store your bicycle or moped The rent is approximately €650 per month, all-inclusive. We are looking for someone who would like to settle in the cohousing for the long term. You will be living with my current roomie Zeïd (27) and our cute house cat Moose. About Zeïd: Zeïd is 27 years old, works in IT, and enjoys spending his free time playing sports, gaming, or simply relaxing comfortably at home. He is also a big animal lover, so it is important that you like cats too. Moose is a permanent resident and always enjoys some extra attention. Who are we looking for? A garage where you can safely store your bike or scooter
The rent is approximately €650 per month, all-inclusive. We're looking for someone who would like to stay in the shared house for the long term.
