Bright, colorful home on Hunnegemstraat, situated in a very quiet location yet close to the center. The downstairs living area is bright and colorful, featuring an open kitchen and a large sofa with a TV. Additionally, there is a storage room with a washing machine and an extra fridge/freezer. The bathroom has a shower and a bathtub, and there are 2 separate toilets downstairs and upstairs. There is no shortage of storage, as there is an attic, a cellar, and a garage (not used for a car). A sunny little garden (including a mini-vegetable garden and chickens) completes the cozy picture. IMPORTANT: There are also 2 cats and 2 chickens living here. It is important that you are not allergic and can treat the animals with respect. The cats roam freely in the communal area.

Spacious bedroom with a large east-facing window, where the light streams in beautifully in the morning. The room is located on the first floor facing the street (quiet street, 30 km/h zone). Curtains and a large wardrobe are provided; otherwise, you can furnish the room yourself.
