🏔️ I am off grid until October 23rd, so I won't be reading my messages until after that. Feel free to send a message in the meantime; I will reply as soon as I get back! I am 38 years old, and starting in September, I will be moving with my 7-year-old son (co-parenting, week on week) to a house in the Rabot. Therefore, we are looking for a nice extra housemate (+1) to share the house with. We are primarily looking for someone who enjoys living together peacefully and respectfully, communicates openly, and values a warm, cozy atmosphere. We do consider an ecological mindset to be really important. Being mindful of energy, belongings, and living together is simply part of life for us 🌱 With two men in the house (even though one of them is only 7 😄), we would appreciate having some feminine energy in the home for a nice balance. Naturally, respect, safety, and everyone's own space come first, and anyone who feels drawn to this is welcome to respond. About the house itself: it is actually a real family home. All spaces are shared and quite open. You have your own bedroom as a private space, and it is located directly opposite our bedroom. So, you really live together here, not next to each other. That is why we consider a good connection and a dose of tolerance important, especially during the weeks my son is here (a 7-year-old isn't always completely silent, after all 😄). The house is located in Rabot and the target price is €505 + €100 utilities per month. Small disclaimer: the photos are a few years old 😄 The bathroom, for example, has since been repainted, and the interior and furniture will also look a bit different by the time we move in.
