Co-living in Bornem – THUUS – cohousing, but different… Grete, Jochen, and Emma are looking for one more housemate. If you would like to share this, we would thank you very much in advance. THUUS is a unique and small-scale project in Bornem that aims to offer comfortable living accommodation to people who would like to get involved in a small living community. There is a lot of privacy thanks to the individual rooms, as well as the opportunity to live, cook, and relax together sustainably with fellow residents in the common areas. The single-family home has 4 large rooms (+/- 30m²), each with its own bathroom (shower + toilet + vanity unit with sink). ‘Co-living’ means making mutual agreements and being involved in order to live together respectfully, with attention to each other's privacy, individuality, and freedom. One room will become available from January 1st.
