The apartment measures 158 m² in total, and all three bedrooms open onto a terrace. It includes an oven, microwave, dishwasher, and washing machine. It's a 5-minute bike ride to Central Station, 5 minutes to Dageraadplaats, and 10 minutes to Rivierenhof. Tram 24 stops right outside the door.
Personal space
Two rooms are becoming available. They both become available on April 1st, but for one of the two rooms, May 1st or June 1st would also be a possible start date. Both rooms have plenty of natural light and are approximately 15 and 17 m². The rooms are unfurnished (with the exception of the large wardrobe in both rooms with mirrored doors). As you can see in the photos, one of the two rooms currently features floral wallpaper; this can be painted over if desired. One room has a door to the terrace, the other does not, but there you can (safely) reach through the window using a small ladder.
