Brand-new ground-floor shared loft with a strong industrial vibe, ecologically transformed into what it is today, and all this in the vibrant heart of old Berchem, close to everything and everyone!
A very old building (1895) where you can completely unwind, yet located on a busy street. Everything is conveniently close by: culture, good organic shops, some cool eco-friendly shops, lots of greenery, places to grab a beer, sports...
Personal space
Each room is equipped with every comfort; you only need to provide a clean mattress yourself.
Everything has been renovated using eco-friendly materials.
The rooms are currently rented out; a room will become available on June 15.

We are looking for someone who
We're looking for people who want to live here for a long time. At least one year, preferably longer.
Stability is important. We want a mix of creative people who want to use the studio. But within that mix, we certainly also see people who don't need the studio. Only creative people... that's not good!
Only clean creative activities, because we sew with fabrics and also give workshops. Sometimes we organize joint activities and workshops.

The price of the utilities is not fixed; it is a commission. We ask people to be mindful of the use of water and other facilities: no showers longer than 10 minutes... no heating at 23 degrees... we know that if you pay 120 per month with normal usage, you will have a surplus on this amount. This amount is calculated annually and settled with the co-residents.
