For you, privately: two bedrooms separate office space private bathroom with bathtub/shower/toilet/sink. The rest of this large house is shared, offering plenty of space and privacy. It's a pleasant and peaceful place to live, with South of France vibes! Unlike other co-housing options, there's plenty of space and privacy, and you'll be sharing a large house with just one other person. I am a professional musician myself; my workspace and recording studio are separate from the house, where I can work undisturbed (and for you too). We're going for a simple, clear agreement, one fixed price, all-inclusive (rent, utilities, heating, gas, water, electricity, internet, TV, fire insurance, etc.). Please also keep in mind that you don't need any furniture, kitchenware, or appliances (washing machine, vacuum cleaner, etc.). Except for a bed, everything is here for you!
