A beautiful attic duplex house with separate entrance, in Zingem district of Kruisem in the Flemish Ardennes on the edge of a nature reserve for Co-Housing.
Large living room, two bedrooms, hallway with many built-in cupboards, modern equipped kitchen and a beautiful terrace. Beautiful large communal garden, beautiful views outside and lots of light inside.
The house will be ready to share with the right candidate from the beginning of February 2024, preferably a single person or single parent with one small child to create Co-Housing together. I personally will use one bedroom only as a weekend stay for me and my 6 year old son. The two of us are quiet people and nature lovers, we spend a lot of time outside cycling, walking, etc....
The rest of the week my main residence is in the German Canton of Belgium, due to my work in Germany.
