There is a room (2nd floor) with a 2-pers. bed, wardrobe, 2-seater, coffee table, private shower and sink. There is TV and internet connection. This space is quite large. (490+270 commission) No guarantee is requested, but a co-housing insurance is taken out.

Very spacious and bright house with guest toilet, large storage room, living room, kitchen, dining room for 8 people on the ground floor. On the first floor there are three bedrooms, night toilet, bathroom with shower, double sink and bath with jets. On the second floor we have two spacious bedrooms, one of which has a private shower and sink. The house is semi-detached and the garden is accessible from the side of the house via a side path. At the back there is a large terrace and garden that opens onto the forest. There is room for bicycles in the garden house.

Iris, 47, mother of 3 kids, busy bee, not much at home, except during the mother week (co-parenting) and weekends. One daughter has already left the house, but occasionally sticks her big toe in. Son of 18 is an avid gamer and athlete. His decibels sometimes drown out the sound of the washing machine, just because of his enthusiasm, but he's a great guy. Youngest daughter is somewhat timid and has her heart on her sleeve. Despite her young age, we are sometimes amazed by her spontaneous, unexpected humor. Finally, there is the cat Kyrah, my yoga buddy. She has a soft character and likes to sit on your lap, but only with the white blanket! Cat with an attitude..... We are a family that tends to engage in deep conversations, so superficiality is not for us.
These things we like to do togther
Fun factor is unavoidable in our home and is interspersed with moments of peace and tranquility. We do "fluffy night" weekly. Think of blankets, woolen socks, hot chocolate, etc. We cook fresh daily, except on fluffy night, when the kids choose the menu or we do a resto. We always create pleasant moments at the table. There is talk about anything and everything, nothing is taboo. We are not cleaning maniacs, but we like to keep it neat and orderly. Together we are responsible for garden maintenance and cleaning.
