Hello everyone,

We would like to open our co-housing project to new tenants in a quiet residential area with a bus stop and Lidl a few meters from the house. Possibility to park a car in the driveway of the house. The garage is used as
bicycle storage. We live here with all working people (7) of varying ages. We value cleanliness and have a rotating cleaning system to keep our house clean.

We immediately have a room (1) available for €350 + €50 advance for common costs. This is the smallest room in our house.

The second room (2) will be available on February 1.
This room is available for €400 + €50 deposit for common costs. .

The third room (3) will be available on April 1. This room is also available for €400 + €50 deposit for common costs.

EGW is not included in all rooms, these costs will be divided among the tenants at the end of the year. Some of the furniture in the photos is still there, but most of the furniture in the photos is not included

The common areas are fully furnished. In the garden there is a BBQ equipment and fire pit.

There is also a mandatory placement of domicile!

Our preference is for working people who speak good Dutch or English.

Visits possible by appointment.
