The room comes without furniture. The apartment is big and has a lot of facilities: a balcony on the front side (morning sun) and a big balcony on the back side (afternoon till evening sun). It is located in a nice neighborhood in Schaarbeek, next to the Josaphatpark.

Common parts

I am looking for a new roommate to join me in my apartment, from the 1st of June.
There is a bathroom and a shower room, there are two toilets. The kitchen is totally equipped. So there is almost two of everything, never need to stand in line to brush your teeth before bedtime… The rest of the apartment is fully furnished and there is also a kot a vélo in the building.
