You'll be sharing the house with me, Carine (49 years old), a ball of positive and caring energy 🌸 I'm passionate about personal development, creativity, travel, and wonderful moments shared. And following a burnout, I chose to reinvent myself: I'm now developing a career change business in the field of well-being and personal growth, which allows me to live more in alignment with my values 🌿 My son Pablo (13 years old) lives here every other week: he's a cheerful, sociable, and endearing teenager, a fan of sports (tennis and cycling), cooking, and video games. My partner Marc (49 years old) lives part of the year in Greece to pursue his career; he's not part of the shared apartment but will sometimes spend a few days with us. We enjoy the conviviality, but also the peace and harmony in the house 🌿

The atmosphere is warm, joyful, and respectful: a real cocoon where you can laugh, chat over a meal, enjoy the outdoors, and more. Everyone also has their own space and privacy when they need it. 💛 A creative workshop is available in the garden shed for those who like to craft, paint, or create. 🎨 From time to time, we like to share a meal, a drink, or a simple activity, but always with kindness and without obligation. ✨

Additional information about price or contract

The project is divided into two phases: 🔹 Phase 1 – Temporary Shared Tenancy (6 to 9 months) Temporary occupancy lease, without a registered address, starting October 1, 2025. This first phase allows me (Carine) to share the house with my 13-year-old son, who is present every other week. 🔹 Phase 2 – Traditional Shared Tenancy (starting in the second quarter of 2026) Establishment of a traditional shared tenancy lease (3 years, with registered address) for four bedrooms. The first roommates will have priority to stay, including the possibility of occupying my master suite, and will be able to actively participate in setting up the future shared tenancy (choice of roommates, organization of the space, cohabitation charter, etc.).
