There is no possibility to take up residence there (so it is called a holiday apartment, but you can be on holiday here as long as you want 😉)
It is a single apartment on the first floor of my house.
There is a lot of space and lots of light (5 large velux windows). And it's quiet here.

It is a total renovation and is expected to be completed within a few months.

It is rented fully furnished: from bed, sofa and other furniture, to desk lamp, bread board, wine glasses, to the smallest coffee spoon ...
