The bedroom is on the first floor on the south side. Lots of light during the day, but completely blackout at night. The roof of the house has recently been renovated, so it remains wonderfully warm during the winter and the energy costs are therefore quite low.
Next to the room is a landing with desk space for when you work from home. You won't be bothered by ambient noise at all in this house.

We are looking for a couple or individual for the period from November 2023 to September 2024.
Our bright house is a semi-detached building with a garden, 7 minutes by bike from Leuven, 12 minutes by bike from Leuven station, with parking space in front of the door. It is a stone's throw from the Open Gym, Stordeur and Boulder One climbing gyms, the Bellefroid ponds and the canal.
Are you looking for a warm, quiet home in the green? Then this is the perfect spot.
About the house:
On the ground floor you will find an entrance hall and toilet, an open living space with fully equipped kitchen (oven, dishwasher, induction stove...), dining room and sitting area (including home cinema!), a garage with washing machine and dryer and space for bicycles. On the top floor there are two spacious bedrooms, a large bathroom (with bath, shower, toilet and two sinks) and an open office space. In the garden you will find a pizza oven, fire bowl, many fruit trees and Oreo, the neighbor's cat.
