Hello everyone, Starting December 15, 2025, I'm renting a villa in the Leuven ring road in a very quiet location. The house consists of a large garden, living room, kitchen, bathroom, and four bedrooms. Of the four bedrooms, two are still available for rent (starting January 1, 2026). The first bedroom is on the top floor and has a separate kitchen and bathroom. The second bedroom is on the first floor. What you can expect: * Cozy living and TV area * Garden with terrace * Everything is furnished: bed, desk, sofa, dishes, cooking utensils... just pack and move in! * Washing machine and dryer available * Cleaning and maintenance of the common areas * Parking is available at the house or right next to the house. You will always have a parking space. The photos are photos of the current tenants and therefore do not represent what will be available. Expect new furniture throughout the house.
