I am looking for 2 roommates.
There is a room on the 1st floor at the front (SE orientation): 15.5 m2 and an attic room: 35 m2 - split with a dividing wall and under a sloping roof - so less large than it sounds!). This room is the entire attic space and has 2 veluxes: one at the front (SE) and one at the back (NW). The roof has recently been insulated.

It is a semi-detached building with lots of light. The house is located 1 km from Leuven station and yet it is quiet here. The garden is located next to the provincial domain. An ideal location :-)
On the ground floor there is a modern kitchen, living room, dining area, toilet and terrace. The terrace also gives access to the cozy green garden.
On the first floor there is a large bedroom available and in the attic space there are 2 small bedrooms available (rented as 1 room).
The bathroom is communal and is located on the first floor.
In the basement (which can be reached from the side without stairs) there is a bicycle shed, laundry room and place to store things.
Next to the house there is 1 parking space. There is also plenty of parking space just in front of the house.
