There are 4 private bedrooms, each 16m2 in size. One bedroom on the top floor has a sloping roof and therefore feels like an attic room.
Each room has a wooden floor, a marble fireplace and lots of light.

From mid-September we rent a house for co-housers in a quiet neighborhood in Kessel-Lo, close to the Michottepark and Leuven station.

The house has a common ground floor (3 rooms in a row and a new kitchen), a nice garden with a covered terrace, a toilet, a garage/cellar for a car and/or bicycles and connections for a washing machine and dryer.
There are two bedrooms and a bathroom on each floor. So four bedrooms in total. The bedrooms are all about 16m2 in size, one has a sloping roof and therefore feels like an attic room. Each bathroom has a shower (80 x 120), a toilet and a sink.

It is a cozy house with many 50s features. We are currently still working on renewing the electricity, the kitchen and the two bathrooms. But at the beginning of September everything is freshly painted and ready. The new residents can move in from mid-September.
