The room that becomes available is located at the back of the house with a view of the garden and is approximately 17m².
The rental price for the room is €450 + approximately €150 costs. Costs include EGW, internet, garbage bags and an advance for the heating oil.

For our cozy house in Kessel-Lo we are looking for a new roommate from September. Exact date can be discussed.

We, Els, Peter and Ann, one in their thirties and two forties, are looking for someone who, like us, wants to live together in a pleasant and respectful atmosphere where everyone feels at home. Everyone does their own thing, but there is certainly room for spontaneous chats and fun moments together!

The house is located on the Koetsweg, close to the Trolieberg, with lots of greenery and yet 10' by bike from the center or the station! We share the living room, kitchen, bathroom, large cellar and attic, veranda and lovely garden, where we also started a vegetable garden and 3 chicken houses this spring. Inside the house you will also find Merlot, the cat.
