The house is located on the outskirts of Leuven, in Herent, with excellent connections both by public transport (bus in the nearby street, two train stations within 2km with connections to Leuven, Brussels, and Mechelen) and by bike (cycle paths to Leuven). The house itself is situated in a cul-de-sac, which creates a peaceful atmosphere. The house has a garage (perfect for storing your own bike) with access to a large garden. The common areas can be adapted to your taste but are already equipped if needed. There is a friendly cat who is free to come and go. In addition to the two rooms I offer, there is also a smaller extra room, which I use as a yoga room and which could also be used by the other residents.

Large living room, with furniture if desired. The rest of the house (bathroom, living room, kitchen, garage, etc.) is shared.
