Our house is located in the center of Hasselt, right next to the small ring road.
Literally 'everything' is within walking distance.
Public transport, train and bus.
Schools, the city, supermarkets, motorway, drinking and dining establishments, going out, hospital, cultural center as well as museums and Kinepolis, Kapermolen (swimming pool) and several parks to enjoy the greenery.

What is further away is also accessible because the train and bus station is a 5-minute walk.
The house is a semi-detached building with 3 floors and a fully enclosed city garden.
You can sit here quietly. There is also an outdoor storage room for placing your bicycle or belongings in the garden.
Through a back gate you arrive at a small park that provides greenery and tranquility.
The railway passes in front of the house, it is right in front of the station, the trains do not run fast, which means that only freight trains take some getting used to.
On the ground floor there is the entrance hall, a spacious guest toilet, and then you enter the living space.
