We are looking for someone who

We're looking for a friendly, non-smoker roommate (no one smokes here now). Someone spontaneous and energetic with a full-time job. Cleanliness is paramount in our home. If you enjoy gardening, you'll definitely find plenty to keep you occupied.

Something more about your co-residents

Most of the residents are in their thirties; two of them left for a world trip last year. Daniel owns the building and also lives there with his sidekick, Kit-Lam. Arno and Kim have recently bought an apartment, hence the vacant spaces.

These things we like to do togther

There was a time when we cooked together during the coronavirus pandemic of 2020-2022. After that, everyone kind of went their own way. So, the possibilities are there, but it depends on the group of people who want to do it and/or organize it. Many of us are often out of the house in the evenings, but we definitely enjoy a spontaneous evening together in the living room.
