Due to a move, we would like to open our house to cohousers or large families. With 4 (!) bathrooms, 2 spacious living areas and 230m² of living space (spread over four floors), you can live together in this house and still find plenty of peace and privacy. All this just 1km from the historic center, 3km from Ghent Sint-Pieters and Dampoort, 200m from the Rabot tram and bus stop and close to the Rabotpark, Tondelier site and bakeries, grocers…

In the entrance hall you will find the storage room, guest toilet and a staircase to the spacious basement (the house has a complete basement). You will also find the kitchen on the ground floor, followed by the first spacious living room/sitting area and the terrace (southwest, so lots of sun in the summer!).

On the first floor you will find a second living space and a first bedroom (15m²) with bathroom and toilet (2.5m²).

On the second floor you will find two more bedrooms (23m² and 15m²), each with its own bathroom and toilet (2.5m²).

On the third floor you will find two more rooms (20m² and 13m²), each with a mezzanine (7m² and 4m² respectively), a bathroom with bath and a basic kitchenette. This floor is also suitable for a couple and/or to use as a studio.

In any case, this house offers enough space for 4 people or 3 + 1 couple.
