We love socializing, sports, and both enjoy time for ourselves. It would be ideal if you also want a peaceful home; there's a good vibe. There's plenty of greenery in the house, a well-equipped kitchen with everything you need, a washing machine, and a storage room where you can safely store your bike. We also share the lovely terrace, lounge, bathroom, and toilets. There's ample and fast internet, but no living room. It's wonderful to relax on the terrace, which is wonderfully quiet despite being in the heart of Ghent. The townhouse is located opposite Baudelopark, within walking distance of Ghent Dampoort station. Dok Noord, the Friday market, Van Eyck Swimming Pool, colleges/university, and the Korenmarkt are all within walking distance. Several supermarkets are nearby, including Spar and Okay.
