The home is truly unique. It's a renovated loft designed for cohousing. The kitchen, dining area, and living room are exceptionally spacious. Everyone has their own spacious bedroom with a desk, wardrobes, and double bed.
There are three showers and two toilets, so there's no shortage of bathroom fixtures. Finally, our loft is located on the ground floor, so our terrace opens onto a green oasis right by the water.
Personal space
There are three types of private rooms available. The largest rooms are two duplexes with the bed on top, and space for a desk, wardrobe, and other furniture on the bottom. These rooms also have very large windows, making you feel at one with nature.
The other two types of rooms are slightly more affordable. While these rooms are larger, because the bed isn't on a duplex, they offer slightly less free space.

We are looking for someone who
We're looking for someone who lives their own life. Someone with hobbies and preferably a sporty attitude—that definitely aligns with our mindset! We're also looking for someone who enjoys chatting about their workday when they get home from work. Is that enough for you, and do you want to do your own thing outside of that chat? Absolutely! Would you rather cook together or watch a movie? We don't have any expectations, we just want a comfortable connection!

We're a loft that enjoys socializing, but that doesn't mean we're together every day. Everyone has busy lives with hobbies, friends, or partners. So there's certainly no obligation, but we do want an organic connection and organic moments. We won't be implementing a full-blown cohousing evening anytime soon (once a month). At the same time, we're more looking for those spontaneous moments, like hosting a drink or cooking a special meal. You can join ad hoc, and it feels all the more spontaneous.
These things we like to do togther
The atmosphere is very relaxed. We enjoy a communal terrace, a BBQ in the summer, or at least a weekly glass of wine in the evening or coffee in the morning. We exercise together occasionally, and occasionally cook together (although everyone here tends to do their own thing). We occasionally go to "Let's Save Food," a food-saving initiative. If someone has a little less to do, we sometimes join each other on a terrace!

The price is €570 for the duplex and €450 for the small room.
This price includes rent, utilities, and internet.
Cleaning is also provided bi-weekly, at €8 each, or €16 per month.
