180 m2 luxurious apartment on the first floor of a rustic villa: attic (2nd floor) completely private, shared: living room, kitchen, bathroom, reading corner and laundry room shared with 2 other residents: son studying in a student room and myself working from home, often out for evenings and weekend activities. The lower floor is completely separate and is not part of the cohousing. Private parking space in the yard included for free
