Bright room on the first floor, right at the front of the house, located in a very quiet, spacious, and leafy street. It features a double bed, two very large storage cupboards and an additional built-in wardrobe, a sitting area, a desk with a TV, and a kitchenette with a refrigerator, microwave, and coffee maker.
Bathroom/toilet on the first floor, shared with other co-householders.
Shared kitchen downstairs.
Washing machine and dryer in a private garage, available upon request.
Front and larger south-facing back gardens with two patios and a BBQ.
A wonderful and peaceful place to stay in good weather.
Ample free parking in front of the door. Secure bicycle storage.
Personal space
Absolute privacy thanks to the house's layout. Despite being at the front of the house, you'll experience minimal noise pollution: it's a dead-end street, so no through traffic, which is great for a good night's sleep!
