PERSONAL AREA: A smaller room on the south side of the garden in our co-house in Drongen Luchteren will become available in mid-February 2026 (approximately 13/02/2026). First floor, approximately 8 m². Very sunny and quiet room, with a lovely view of the terrace and garden. Single bed, desk, and extra storage space on the landing. Washing machine and dryer available for use in our garage by arrangement. COMMON AREA: Upstairs toilet/shower room for co-housers. Two showers are provided. Furnished kitchen downstairs. Front and back garden. Plenty of free parking in front of the door in a safe, dead-end street. Bicycle storage. Supermarket, bakery, and pharmacy nearby. The house is located in a very quiet neighborhood with a lovely front and large back garden, two south-facing terraces, perfect for enjoying the nice weather. It's easily accessible by public transport and also easily accessible by bike to Ghent city center (approximately 8 km).
