From March 1, two rooms will become available in our house in Dilbeek. Lara VanGoethem (teacher, 25 years old) and I (teacher, 29 years old) are looking for two great colocs. Do you know/are you someone who is looking for a room (of +- 12m2 with sink or 9m2) for at least 1 year?
The house in the Kaudenaarde district has a garden, storage space for bicycles in the basement and uncovered parking spaces in front of the door and is quietly located, yet close to everything: bus stop, highway, Colruyt, bakery, Westr/land, the post, shoemaker.. You can reach the center of Brussels in 15 minutes by bike.
We are looking for sociable people who like to eat together, play a board game, sit in the garden... but who are also clean and respect others' peace and quiet.
For the large room with sink it is €535 and for the small room €490 without costs. There are 2 showers, a rainwater well that is connected to the washing machine and the toilets. There is underfloor heating everywhere downstairs and the house is now fully insulated. The estimated consumption costs for water, gas and electricity are approximately €100. We currently pay €25/month for unlimited internet.
You get robins, great and blue tits, sparrows and occasionally green parakeets for free!
