SHARING IS FUN, thank you very much.
Grete and Paul are looking for two new roommates.
THUUS is a unique and small-scale project in Bornem that aims to offer comfortable living facilities to people who would like to commit themselves to a small community.
There is a lot of privacy through the individual rooms and also the opportunity to live sustainably together with fellow residents in the common areas, cooking, relaxing, etc.
The single-family house has 4 large rooms (+/- 30m²), each with their own bathroom (shower + toilet + furniture with sink).
'Housing together' means making mutual agreements and being involved in order to be able to live together respectfully with attention to each other's privacy, individuality and freedom.
Two rooms will be available from August 1.
Technical advantages:

- a certain ecological awareness
- flexible to deal with, honest and orderly
- age is not important, but an open mind and heart is important
- long(er) term commitment
