THUUS is a unique and small-scale project in Bornem, aimed at providing single people with comfortable living accommodation. On the one hand it offers a lot of privacy due to the individual rooms and on the other hand the possibility to live, cook, relax together in the common areas with fellow residents.

The single-family house has 4 rooms (+/- 30m²) with their own bedroom, living room and bathroom (shower + toilet). 'House together' means making mutual agreements and entering into a commitment to be able to live together respectfully, paying attention to each other's privacy and freedom.
There is still one room available.
