This is a special "case"... And by that, I mean that you can find all sorts of things in the world of co-housing, but nothing can compare to this. We want to breathe new life into this beautiful building and have it occupied by a group of four couples and six singles, all ages mixed. We're starting from scratch and expect input and input on all fronts. We're opening up this property and only want to partner with people who are committed to turning this gem into a beautiful, warm home. Bathrooms are available on each floor, and on the first floor, there's a lovely communal area with a fireplace and a large, adjoining kitchen equipped with every comfort. Adjacent are two terraces, and downstairs, a large patio with a garden. Smoking is not permitted anywhere.
Personal space
Each bedroom has its own sink and built-in wardrobes. The four largest rooms are reserved for couples, who can choose between a double bed or two single beds. The single beds are 120 x 220 cm, and the double beds are 160 x 220 cm.
