It's an old townhouse in Antwerp South, where the third floor has been converted into a single studio (60 m²). The stairs and hallway are shared. There's also a small apartment on the second floor where one person lives. We, a couple (and the landlords), live downstairs and on the first floor. While there's little shared space, residents are considerate of each other and foster trust. The studio on the third floor and the small apartment can be fully closed off. The downstairs and first floor apartments cannot.
Personal space
The private area is basic, with a sofa, bed, kitchen, etc., and can be further expanded if needed. There's a private bathroom, kitchen, bedroom, toilet, and storage space. This area is completely private. However, if someone is staying overnight, or the tenant is away for an extended period, please let us know.
