Common parts

Our co-housing is located within walking distance of the historic center and the central station and close to Spoor Noord park. This beautiful first floor can be shared with three thirty-somethings Dries, Lien and Bob. The communal areas include a spacious and sunny living space with an open and fully equipped kitchen with direct access to the cozy balcony. The house also has a laundry room, a spacious cellar, a city courtyard and a roof terrace.
