We are looking for someone who

We're looking for someone who's sociable but also does their own thing. Has a sense of order and keeps their room tidy, but is also willing to help with some house and garden maintenance. We're open-minded, but we don't want wild partygoers or boisterous student parties. We want to keep things calm for our fellow co-housemates. You're welcome to be creative; there's plenty of room for that. Feel free to work in the garden or do some business in the garage. However, we do expect you to be considerate of your housemates.
