The rent is €680 per month, including all utilities (electricity, water, heating, internet, cable TV, and use of a washing machine and dryer). This is a furnished floor with three separate rooms (kitchen/dining area, bedroom, and living/office). Whether or not it is furnished does not affect the rent; however, negotiations are possible regarding whether or not to furnish the apartment.
The lease is concluded with a fixed-term lease, preferably a minimum of 6 months and a maximum of 12 months, with the possibility of extension upon agreement. This provides sufficient stability for both parties, while also allowing for flexibility.
Important: Domiciliation at this address is possible under clear conditions, including a 1-month security deposit, 3 recent pay slips, and, if possible, a criminal record extract.
A lease and co-tenancy agreement with agreements regarding cohabitation will be signed by the tenant and landlord.
The property is conveniently located 20 minutes from Antwerp city center and 20 minutes from Mechelen city center, between the E19 and A12 highways.
