The house has four spacious bedrooms and an apartment that can be rented separately, depending on the group. There are three bathrooms, one of which is in the apartment, and an additional toilet on the ground floor, which also houses a kitchen, dining room, and living room. A patio door provides access to a city garden. Furthermore, the house has a full basement with space for bicycles and a laundry room. We are looking for a group of at least four people to share this house, with the possibility of expanding with the apartment for a fifth person.
