Où :
Proche du centre d’Arlon et de la gare (< 2 km), et à proximité de la frontière luxembourgeoise et de l’accès à l’autoroute.

Quoi :
- Colocation lumineuse et meublée
- 4 chambres d’environ 14 m2, meublées avec lit, garde-robe, bureau et table de nuit
- 2 salles de bain et 2 toilettes
- 1 terrasse plein sud + un jardin sans vis-à-vis.
- Une place de parking juste devant la maison, ou bien parking gratuit dans la rue à proximité
- Des caves (machine à laver et rangement)

Combien :
Loyer de 500 € (+ 100€ de charges pour l’eau, électricité, gaz, internet, ménage 2x/mois, etc.)

Domiciliation est possible mais en tant que cohabitant de fait.
Pas de domiciliation en isolé. Bail UNIQUE de colocation de 4 personnes.

- 1 south-facing terrace + a garden with no opposite building.
- A parking space right in front of the house, or free parking in the street nearby - Cellars (washing machine and storage)

How much:
Rent of € 500 (+ € 100 of charges for water, electricity, gas, internet, cleaning 2x/month, etc.)
