The floor is immediately an attic with two rooms and a central space. It can be repainted and furnished in consultation. What should be reserved as private can still be determined in consultation, it also depends on whether you come to live with one or two. Part of the floor is reserved as a friends' room, for example for my daughter's visits. Water can only be found in the communal kitchen and bathroom-toilet on the ground floor. Electric radiators must be provided for the first floor/private areas.
Common parts
Secluded in full nature with walks as much as you want. This is an old farm house with double glazing. All common areas and my own private areas (bedroom and office) are on the ground floor. It is 100% furnished. The dog, a young and enthusiastic Groenendael, is also a resident of the house and we prefer to live with a couple or a person who has a dog of his own. The pack feeling is our living ideal, and you have to love a very high degree of consciousness and spirituality. We do not have a TV connection, but we do have hundreds of CDs and DVDs.
