Hallo hallo! Ben jij ook een persoon met vaste job en op zoek naar een gezellige cohousing? Lees dan zeker even verder! 😊
Wij zijn Elias, David en Dorien, drie 30ers op zoek naar 1 nieuwe huisgenoot. Wij wonen in een zeer rustige omgeving in het mooie groene Drongen, in een ruim huis met een tuintje en garage. Het centrum van Gent ligt op 20min fietsen en is dus ideaal voor de conditie, of je kan een rechtstreekse bus nemen. Aldi, Delhaize en Okay liggen op wandelsafstand. Extra troeven: altijd gratis parkeerplaats in de straat, een ruime oprit, een kelder en een extra opslagruimte op de zolder. De bovenste kamer naast de zolder staat momenteel vrij en is dus klaar voor een nieuwe bewoner. De all-in prijs per maand is 400eur.

Een beetje over ons: Elias is een creatieve ziel die graag tekent en muziek maakt op zijn computer. Hij werkt overdag in de bioshop en gaat in het weekend graag dansen op technofeestjes. David geeft cursussen in nonviolent communication en trekt er graag op uit met zijn supercoole motor. Ikzelf werk als kinderbegeleider op een Freinetschool. Na de uren hou ik ervan om nieuwe workshops te volgen, zing ik luidkeels mee in de douche of lig ik lekker te relaxen met een serietje. Het gezelschap van Marley, onze lieve kater, krijg je er gratis bij! Wij houden van open communicatie, gezelligheid en een proper huis. The center of Ghent is a 20-minute bike ride away, making it ideal for fitness, or you can take a direct bus. Aldi, Delhaize, and Okay are within walking distance. Additional benefits: always free parking on the street, a spacious driveway, a basement, and extra storage space in the attic. The top room next to the attic is currently vacant and ready for a new resident. The all-inclusive price per month is €400.

A little about us: Elias is a creative soul who enjoys drawing and making music on his computer. He works at the organic store during the day and enjoys dancing at techno parties on the weekends. David teaches nonviolent communication courses and enjoys going out on his super cool motorcycle. I work as a child caretaker at a Freinet school. After hours, I love taking new workshops, singing along loudly in the shower, or relaxing with a TV series. The company of Marley, our sweet tomcat, is a free bonus!
