A room on the ground floor equipped with one single bed, closet, desk, and a night stand. One window with nature and street view. Room is on the ground floor with a private garden with access to a shared (but mainly private) toilet with a sink. The bathroom is up stairs, equipped with shower and bath and two sinks.

Common parts

The house is part of a twin house with one big garden, side garden and a front garden (onto which the private room looks onto). The living room is equipped with a big fate TV and an L shaped Sofa with direct access to the major garden. The kitchen is right behind, equipped with an island sink, dishwasher, stove, microwave, fridge, air fryer, coffee machine (Very important), etc. The kitchen has a storage room which also contains the washing machine. The ground floor is also equipped with 10 persons dinning table. The first floor contains the bathroom, my room, a guest bedroom, a small living room and personal study. The attic is accessible with a foldable ladder for storage.
