From the joint account (€600) we pay the following:
- Rent house
- Gas & Electricity (already takes into account a newly concluded contract)
-Internet/TV
- Cleaning lady (1x/2 weeks)
- Common food (e.g. soft drinks and water, breakfast, charcuterie, ...)

Common parts

We are looking for a new co-houser! Withdrawal possible from October 2023.

You will end up in a beautiful, renovated house where it is nice and quiet at night. We each have our own social life.
You have enough privacy and can easily invite friends / family or have the house to yourself for an evening.

You have a very spacious room, spacious living room, clean kitchen, washing machine / dryer.
We have a nice terrace/small garden with garden tables/chairs/BBQ: ideal for relaxing in the summer.
Our house is next to a road where traffic is quiet from 8 pm. Well located in terms of connection to Aarschot/Leuven - 10 minutes from a motorway.
Our bathroom has a shower + bath with modern furniture.

We are looking for someone aged 20-30 years, preferably with permanent work. We (2 people in our twenties) both have our social lives, so you often have the house to yourself.
You like social contact and are willing to lend a hand in the household.
