We stay overnight in Wavre and Louvain La Neuve, our grand house in Louvrange is the first to investigate the new ways of rejoining the collocation! à s'investir dans le lieu et le groupe.
Pour l'instant, nous sommes 12 persons entre 23 et 43 ans (average verse 30 ans) qu'ilimentons une dynamique collective où chacun.e se sent libre de créer, initier, collaborer, partager ce qui la/le fait vibrer avec spontaneéité et bonne mood. ☺️
Practice information:
- And besides the house with only 9 people (don't be too interested in the room 🤩), there are three habitats in the grand garden. Ceux-ci sont autonomics mais leurs habitant.es (4 persons en tout) font partie de certaines dynamiques/ projects collectifs avec les habitant.es de la maison.
- The communal spaces of the maison sont partagés par les coloces de la maison ainsi que par les habitants du jardin.
- La maison dispose d'un beau jardin/potager, sauna, garage, studio, buanderie et grande spaces communs pour accueillir les copains!
- Où? A l'écart de la ville de Wavre, dans le petit hameau de Louvranges (à proximité direct de Louvain-la-Neuve - the garage d'Ottignies takes 25 minutes to cycle)

- Prix? The room is available for 492€ (charges comprise: electricity, eau, gas and water for the rest of the life cycle 🥰), with a minimum commitment.
