It is about a cozy house in the Nieuwstraat in Peer, right in the center.

The house has a low-maintenance garden with a small covered terrace. A spacious bathroom and a toilet. It has a cozy kitchenette, with adjoining dining room (with natural light!!), office and also a large living room with a large window on the street side. All rooms on the ground floor are fully furnished, including a television, washing machine, dryer, etc. What else can you expect? Two super cool ladies who are living alone in the meantime more than usual. Two more cool ladies in the form of pets!

What are we looking for? Person (m/f/x) who is looking for independence, but still wants to do this in a social setting with other peers (20-30 years)!
